Our small, customized, radio controlled Helicams Provide Close Range Aerial HD Footage in 1080P for Hollywood Feature Films, Television, Independent Films, Commercials, and Documentaries. We access places that are impossible for full sized aircraft to reach, providing intimacy, rich color, and detail. Your audiences will wonder, “How’d they do that?” as they glide like a ghost around a building, hover as gently as a hummingbird near flowers, and chase a moving car like a heat seeking missile. How do we do it? SkyCamUSA’s stabilized, light weight aircraft carry up to 10 lbs. of camera weight, flying from 5 inches to 500 feet of subjects. We’re able to shoot vivid 360 panoramic shots, including High Definition Digital Video Cameras-- such as the Sony EX1, Panasonic HVX200, HPX170 and certain modified Motion Picture Super 16 and 35mm Film Cameras. (See our faq page for camera details.) No Landing Space? No Problem. Take offs and landings are done vertically, so you can shoot almost anywhere safely; and reshoots can be done in minutes. Travel Worldwide? We provide these services all over planet Earth, even remote locations. Leave the FAA bureaucracy and local red tape to us. Want to View Footage Immediately? You got it. With SkycamUSA, you don’t have to be on board a full sized plane to see what is being filmed. See it LIVE as its being filmed, with our ground station LCD display. Hate Helicopter Wind? We do too. However, because our remote robotic helicams are small, they have minimal effects on surrounding environment--even sand, snow and water. Less Risk. We can operate in places where a real helicopter can’t access safely. SkyCamUsa can fly closer to subjects and perform shots too dangerous for a full size aircraft. What About Budgets?
